Shades State Park is one of the largest parks in Indiana and one of the ones with the most things to do and places to explore. This park is conveniently located just minutes away from another Indiana gem, Turkey Run State Park! Shades and Turkey Run are the perfect places to spend a weekend hiking. The main attractions of this park are its canyon trails and natural areas, including a small waterfall that can be seen under the right conditions.
